Like many companies, Spec'd Out Sailplanes was founded to realize a dream. In our case, that dream was to unite our love of R/C soaring with our passion for excellent service. They don't have to be mutually exclusive ;-)) So what exactly do we mean by "excellent service"? First and foremost, we promise to accurately manage your expectations about both the quality of the products you order through us and the timeliness with which you receive them. We don't believe that it serves any purpose to "hook" you with a great product and then keep you "dangling" with respect to when you're going to get it! If it's going to take 3 or 6 or 9 months to receive something, then we'll tell you that - up front and with no bullshit. Secondly, we promise to provide you with timely communication and accurate information. If you contact us, we'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you ask a question, we'll give you an answer that you can depend on. If we don't know the answer, then we'll admit it, get the answer and then get back to you promptly. |
